There are a few ways to cancel, depending on if you started your subscription and are billed through HOMER or a third-party platform such as Apple, Google Play, or Amazon. Please choose the platform in which you are billed below for specific instructions.

\*Please note that because we are a subscription-based program across a variety of platforms and devices, uninstalling the app will not cancel your membership or unsubscribe you.

**If you are billed through HOMER directly or are unsure of the source of your billing, you may use the following instructions:**

Visit our website at [learnwithhomer.com](https://learnwithhomer.com). If you are not already logged in, click or tap the blue "Log In" button, and enter the email address and password associated with your HOMER subscription.

Once you are logged in, tap or click your email address in the top right corner and select "_Settings_" from the dropdown menu.

Tap "_Manage subscription_" and select "_To turn off, begin the cancellation process_."

Tap "_Continue Cancellation_" at the bottom of every page you are directed to. If you exit out of the cancellation process before the final page, your account will not be canceled.

On the final page, if you are billed for HOMER through a third-party platform such as Apple, Google Play, or Amazon, it will be clearly stated. You will be given instructions on how to cancel your subscription. You can also click the platform links listed above to cancel.

If you are billed through HOMER directly, you will be asked to agree to the cancellation conditions. Check this box and tap "_Submit_." If your subscription has been successfully canceled, you will be taken to the cancellation confirmation page.

Once completed, your subscription will no longer automatically renew at the end of your billing period. You'll receive no further charges, and you will have unlimited access to HOMER until the end of your billing period.
